12/26/25 around 11:00AM the most rudest darker skin lady working. Customer service is beyond horrible. Wouldn’t recommend
Customer service was not it I did not get greeted when I came in the store but when I came in I saw one of the employees trying on shoes in the back and it took them a while to start my order, and when I asked for a cookie they dropped it on the counter but still gave it to me and the cookie looked like there was a small bite mark in it and this happed on July 1st so who ever worked that day needs to improve there job skills
Service was beyond horrible. I have been to this location many times and it really depends on who is working to determine whether the service will be good or not. I have the Host ID # of who was serving me: JRCV64B5D25Wz569. A tall boy, broad shoulders served me. He was the one assembling the veggies of my sandwich. I went in with my mom and she asked for "Hot honey sauce" which is a sauce requirement for 2 of the sandwiches on their menu.
