UPDATE: I did go in finally when manager was there in the am and they remade my sub and made it right. So I definitely do appreciate that! I did 2 mobile orders. Pickup was for 905 pm. 1 was 2 chicken teriyaki and the other order was 1 chicken teriyaki and 1 Philly steak with the teriyaki sauce on it. I didnt get veggies on 3 of the 4 subs. I asked for it in the notes on order on the side. When I pick up I ask if the sides are there and he says he cant do lettuce and cucumbers because no containers. I placed an order for pick up at 3 PM for 7 PM. The lady accidentally told me that they made them at 3 PM. I told her I ordered them for seven so I was unsure why she made them so early and asked if she could remake them because the cheese was sitting out for so long. They refused to make them until I asked to speak to a manager. Also, if you try to call the store, it just goes right to voicemail and no one answers or calls you back if you leave a voicemail.
