I ordered 3 footlongs and nachos. Instead of the Boss (meatball) I got the Beast(coldcuts). Discovered it at home, had to go all the way back. Young woman behind counter was very nice and apologetic. Neither employee knew how to adjust bill. Had to call boss. I felt I should get the $5.00 nachos free. No way. Even though I had to come all the way back to store, wait for 6 people to get their subs and wait for boss to answer phone. I also ordered terriacki chicken sub. Used to love them. ordered it online took me 25 min to get there my order was not ready i had to wait in line for 15 min and guestion my prder will not be going back
