My wife and I had a great experience at this location today. Everything was fresh, guy who was working put so much patience in preparing our sandwiches. Perfection! Kudos to employee who worked today 4:40P.M. for doing his job great!
Jan 18 time 2.35 pm ..I went to this subway location ..but there was no body to attend..I waited n called them couple of times ..no body responded..i turned back weird thing..extremely bad customer service
Very disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered a Veggie Delite with a veggie patty, and the staff member preheated the patty without thawing it properly. When I pointed it out, she first gave an incorrect explanation and then admitted it was taken directly from the freezer. Instead of fixing it properly, she suggested reheating the entire sandwich with sauces and veggies already added, which makes no sense. There was no apology either. Unprofessional service and poor food-handling practices.
I just have sub from this location and the girls do not know how to talk with customers and they didn’t make the sub as I wanted
