I clearly yelled not to put something on my sub and she put it on anyway, same with the girl ahead of me in line. They need to learn to listen to the customer. I asked for no crispy onions on one of the subs and both of my subs are now full with crispy onions. I HATE CRISPY ONIONS

Terrible experience at this Subway branch. First of all, they charged me for ketchup—yes, ketchup! I’ve been to countless Subway locations and have never been charged for basic condiments. What kind of policy is that? Secondly, my brother ordered a sub and specifically did NOT ask for pickles, yet they added them anyway. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway store. I had placed an online order through the Subway app, and the menu clearly showed that the Veggie Pattie option was available. However, when I reached the store to pick up my order, the staff informed me that the Veggie Pattie was not available at all. This was very frustrating, as I had specifically chosen that option.
