I’m order online at 10:05 am today (Oct . 2 2025) I come to pick up few mins , a lady service said 10:50 am you come pick up …. My daughter is asking Why? She rude with my daughter … I don’t understand what happen .., please explain to me , what my daughter do something wrong ?
This was an infuriating experience from start to finish. The wrong bread was used on our sub, and all the sauces were applied sparingly, despite explicitly asking for extra. But the worst part was the staff's attitude when we returned. The employee said they called the manager, who suggested he shouldn't have let us enter the store at 10:02 anyway—two minutes past closing—rather than resolve the issue. Best subway in the town..customer service is really good.And manager here is very welcoming
I tried the veggie patty here and it was so delicious and freshly made.Really deserve a 5 star rating.Highly recommend this subway if you healthy and tasty food.
