Waited 25 mins to order, they had two mobile orders and only just started the second one by the time we got fed up and left
I ordered on the app & realized after ordering that the requested time for pick-up was too early as we weren't available to arrive for another 2 hours. Attempted to contact the store multiple times to only receive the answering service every time. So I left a message about our mistake & requested time. My partner went to pick up our order & discovered the subs had been sitting out for over 2 hours. Wasn’t able to order on the app to for pickup. Then when going to use the coupon in store it wouldn’t work either and the worker wasn’t being very helpful just saying try again and it’s not working. Ended up having to pay full price for the sub because the app would not work. Reached out to management as well and they didn’t do much other than a sorry. On top of all this they were sold out of half the subs. Don’t go to this location much easier to just go to another or a firehouse for a good experience.
