I wish I could’ve giver service a 0 but I have to give it a one. It was clearly open and we were there 15 minutes before closing and we had a coupon and the lady made me make my sub and wanted me to pay more because” technically there closed” the were never closed and expected us to pay more when she should have stated that from before. The girl making my sub was great. She was getting trained and maybe could be training the older staff. The older lady boss yells every time she speaks to customers and staff. She treats the staff like children and she is very cheap with things. She ripped the sticker in half and only only used half a sticker to tape my sub wrapper together. It didn't work. I was highly disappointed with the service I received at this store today. I picked up my order as requested, only to get a call afterward telling me it was the wrong one and asking me to come back. I travelled 10km each way to collect the correct order. What disappointed me most was that no one acknowledged the mistake or offered an apology — the bare minimum you’d expect when something goes wrong.
Had a great experience at Subway! Manali made one of the best Veg Subs I've ever had. She was very friendly, attentive, and prepared the sandwich perfectly with fresh ingredients and great care. The service was quick, and her positive attitude made the visit even better. Thank you, Manali, for the excellent customer service and delicious sub. I'll definitely be coming back!
we went out for a quick bite to eat here, they did 6 lines of sub sauce on a 6" totally runed it and then wouldn't make another. I miss the days when people actually cared, when Canada was Canada
