I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in to purchase six cookies and clearly specified the ones I wanted (4 M&M & 2 Macadamia). The staff refused to provide what I asked for & instead gave multiple excuses, including that certain cookies were “reserved for someone else in the morning”,which made no sense. I've been here a few times, customer service is alright except for who seems to be the manager. My most recent experience I ordered 6 cookies and only realized after visiting another store that one was missing. Went back, and he passive aggressively insisted "I'm the one who packaged the cookies, so I should know." Yeah you should, and take accountability for your small mistake? Not surprised now after seeing so many reports of bad customer service (especially from that guy).
Terrible service from Nathan. Store empty for 15 mins when walked in. Refusal to change gloves. Minimizing toppings.
Hate to be negative, but I’m going to mirror what other reviews are saying here. I recommend against this subway. The food isn’t the problem, it’s still subway. The problem is vibe. The manager always seams to have a chip on his shoulder, came across as overly rude to his employees, and whould continue to upsell me after I had declined. Just on this Wednesday morning around 9 am I went this subway at highland park plaza and there was one Indian lady out there first of all I didn’t knew the gate she she very disrespectfully told me to get by the door and when I asked her to make me subway veggie pettie she told me in great great rude manner that it was not available the company people didn’t have it they have to send it from factory etc… etc..
