Very disappointing experience today. As a delivery driver, I drove 8 km through traffic — it took me about 20 minutes — to pick up an order from your store. I parked directly in front of the entrance and went inside to collect the food. When I got there, the staff member at the counter she refused to hand over the order unless I brought in a delivery bag. We just visited the place and the service was pathetic the food was ordered online and the quantity of chicken and mozzarella cheese was so less even after paying extra for that, and also they were charging for soft drink refills in the store.. The environment and store was in good condition but the food and staff needs some training hygiene as well.
Worst customer service
Overall it was ok. Service was good. My only thing was I received rotten soup… and the toppings didnt look appealing. I would check up on all your food.
