I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the female employee was extremely rude and unprofessional while dealing with customers. Instead of being polite and welcoming, she spoke in a harsh tone and seemed irritated when I asked simple questions about the menu. Good customer service is very important in the food industry, and this behavior made the visit uncomfortable.
