Went and got just a regular meatball sub tonight. Even though the sandwich artist checked to make sure there was enough, somehow I ended up with a sub that was missing 25% of the meatballs. Person behind the counter was almost offended that I was there. I guess I was interrupting their music.
I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. I politely asked for my wrap to be wrapped properly/tighter so it wouldn’t fall apart, and instead of simply helping, the employee rolled her eyes at my request and showed visible attitude. As a customer, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect respectful service when asking for my food to be prepared properly. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way.

The female staff there was literally so rude she is being bossy and don’t know how to talk for sure had a worst experience. She made me feel like she is the customer and i am the one who is working.
