Today on June 23, 2025, we ordered one foot long veggie, one 6 inch foot long and one foot long nachos. Ms. Harkiran served us the best subs. She greeted us and helped us choose sauces. We are delighted with her service. One of the best subs we had here. Thanks Harkiran
Excellent new staff and management!!! I have recently visited this location for the first time and a long time, and I'm happy to report excellent service and food safety standards. It might just be a Subway, but if you're in the area it's definitely worthwhile to visit for the lovely patio, and friendly customer service.
I frequent this Subway and usually have a pleasant and quick mobile order experience. I had a pretty rough time picking my order up today that echoes the other reviews that note the combative attitude of the staff working. They also charge more for a combo deal at this location than any of the other locations in KW.
This isn't Subway any longer. It's a garbage dump, literal garbage dump especially this location 499 Lancaster St W Kitchener. Lettuce was brown, both containers of shredded lettuce were brown and I mean the lettuce you throw out at home that turns brown, they cut up to use for customers thinking it was ok, every single shredded piece was brown it was gross. I told the lady "take that off my sandwich, that is bad lettuce you can't use that" and that it needs to be thrown out so she removed it from the sandwich, I should have... read more
