App doesn't work with any other subway when the app doesn't work they honour it in store. Sales person is adamant saying no and I asked him to contact manager and he said no to honoring it off the bat. I even showed him. And he was like oh the people before same problem. And worker didn't understand much English!
I visited this Subway location a few times a week, and today, it was incredibly busy with a high volume of orders. Despite the rush, MANSI provided exceptional service with a smile. She was attentive, efficient, and took the time to suggest the perfect sub for me, which I absolutely loved. Her professionalism and customer-focused attitude truly made my experience outstanding. Even during peak hours, the staff maintained great service, and I appreciate their hard work. Highly recommend this location.
Terrible service here. There was 3 employees sitting in the back of place on there phone just talking, we waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. When our order was taken, the staff member we had was not very rude, he looked very miserable and not careing. I kept on asking for more veggies on my salad he said no more, or I have to charge you. This was very terrible service. I'll never be coming back to this location or anyother Subway. Congratulations you lost my business.
