Not following the first come first serve method. I ordered through mobile, but the girl kept me on waiting and attended the people after me.

I ordered from the Subway app today but didn’t receive my order. I called Subway, and they told me to contact DoorDash. I reached out to DoorDash, and they said I need to get a refund from Subway since they don’t have the payment info. I called the store back, and the staff was yelling at me(it was a lady that always works there she’s always got a mean face and side eyeing people the owner should do something about her). There is lack of staff at night, a girl alone is working to do all orders. She got angry as I ordered 8 subs at a time. It’s obvious that she can’t manage but she had to be kind. One more thing owner should be responsible for lack of staff. He or she should be responsible.
