I was having issues with the app and raj was super helpful!! I didn’t get the name of the other employee but they were both very kind!! Left very satisfied!
You know, subway hires employees that don't even know what to do when there's an issue, why don't you try to have at least one employee trained to know how to operate a store during your absence Mr. Boss.
Servers were awesome
I came in on Christmas Eve 12/24/25 around 7:45 pm. First, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I placed an order through the app which was finished late. I stood there and waited quite a bit after the original pickup time on my order. I was the only one there waiting at the time, they were slow. My 2 footlongs were also made incorrect. The first one was made on the wrong bread but I ate most of it anyways. The second footlong was a spicy Italian flatbread which had cranberry sauce on it.
