If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. The overall experience—from food quality to customer service—was deeply disappointing. The staff member preparing the food was difficult to understand, and when asked politely to repeat herself, she responded with noticeable attitude. I recently ordered sandwiches from this subway for a parent event at our school, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The presentation was excellent. Each sandwich was wrapped neatly making it easy for our guests to enjoy the quality and the taste were outstanding fresh and delicious a huge shout out to Mary for her. Excellent customer service and to Frankfurt being so kind and helpful. This is truly an awesome store and I highly recommend them for any catering needs!
Standard subway but the restrooms were closed. As someone traveling through LA up north we had stopped by for a quick lunch. So restrooms being closed was quite inconvenient.. not sure why does this.
No restroom, unacceptable.
