The lady working made good sandwiches, with care!!! Better than other subways!!
I’m not sure if this is the sandwich where I selected extra lettuce, extra onion, and other extra items. But if it is, then please let me know, because it doesn’t seem right. I didn’t like how the sandwich was made, and I’m considering requesting a refund because it doesn’t look like it includes any of the extras I asked for. ALIAKSANDR K
The worst customer service. One of the ladies yelled at my son (9year old) and I for dropping food on the floor. My son felt scared and started picking up the food from the floor. I was so upset at this point. The other lady was laughing about the situation. She was very rude and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. It felt completely inappropriate. We were having a good day talking to my son about school until this happened. Subway, you need to train your employees better and teach them to BE KIND.
