The restaurant was remodeled recently and appears clean, but I think as a result of the financial impact of the remodel, the new owner has become remarkably stingy with portions and rules his employees with an iron fist, ensuring they are terrified at the prospect of one shred of extra lettuce or a scrap of an olive beyond the numerical limit.
