Initially Received wrong sandwich and came back to exchange for the correct one . Received correct sandwich chicken bacon ranch but it was not toasted and bacon looked raw.i know it’s pre cooked. Just Super chewy. Just didn’t want to walk back in there. Just threw my 12 dollar sandwich wasn’t worth the argument .
Employees rude. Not a friendly or welcoming environment
It's so sad to see how fast this Subway has fallen. This was the fastest most efficient Subway I had ever been to. I've been a customer fo years. Then they installed these Kiosks that you have to order through. I used to be able to walk in during a lunch rush and still get my sub and be out the door in less than ten minutes. Now with these Kiosks in place, I'm standing there for 15-20 minutes. It takes up my whole lunch break and I have to rush to eat. Such a disappointment. Fast efficient service. This is the busiest subway I have ever seen, but they are very efficient, friendly, and have established a great routine which I attribute to the enthusiastic Management Team.
