I had a very disappointing experience at a Subway location during a recent visit with my wife and young daughter. From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. One of the employees, an older male worker, avoided eye contact and did not engage with us, even when we were clearly ready to order. Not sure why you would make this subway a available to the public with how hard it is to get into the hospital and find parking. I was unable to pick up my order and the staff didnt answer ANY of my over 15 phone calls I placed. Canceling my order is almoat impossible and requesting a refund said they'll "get back to me". This is ridiculous.
Worst subway 35 min wait out of stuff not sanitary touches face touched your sandwich ECT gross 🤢 I threw my lid away also cause he out his dirty hands all on the inside gross place
This review is for MANAGEMENT (and you’re lucky I’m not putting your full names out there). I’d give zero stars if I could. They ALL need to be removed! They are completely unprofessional and make personal issues with their employees. Those ladies (Heather especially) are over worked and way underpaid! Doing a “supervisor’s job but getting no extra pay or anything. It’s ridiculous and management needs to do better. HR is just as bad, if not worse!
