Why subway doesn’t have a customer number so they can address the customers concerns right away. I was charged two time for the same sandwich because the employee didn’t believe when I when inside and showed him my order. So he said that the transaction never was completed. So since 9/22/2025 I was in the automatic chat and all that I received it the issue was solved but still haven’t received the credit. Can I please get a real answer soon by an human being.
