I placed an order through the Subway app and had an issue with the delivery. When I called the store about my order, it took four phone calls before anyone answered. The employee told me the order was delivered through DoorDash but said they somehow didn’t have any information about the dasher. In the past, I’ve been given the driver’s number, and I’ve seen drivers call customers directly through the system.
