Had a free sub from online subway rewards. Clerk says not giving me sandwich because I didn't pay. Told me to speak with subway. I did waiting for credit for free sub. Then I say ok ill just buy a sandwich now he refused and said I must pay 1st. He claims I never been to store but I have multiple times. Very embarrassing
Would not give me my order just because it was a free subway
i rate this a 1 star because we are there at 9:30 and it says they open at 9:00 to 10 Pm .
