I ordered online. Still not that familiar with it. But when I ask to add other veggies or sauces, they say that they can't or just follow the one in the receipt. In other subway stores, they always happy to add veggies or sauces whenever I ask. Not sure if it's something about discrimination cause when the lady is serving someone else. She is very attentive and smilling.
Ordered a footlong meatball sandwich and asked them to knockoff most of the tomato sauce. Got the sandwich and it was LOADED with tomato sauce. It took 18 napkins to soak up the excess sauce. The sandwich was ruined. It was a terrible experience. Then some idiot with a Subway shirt on, strolled in the front door. Might have been the owner. He and the lady that screwed up the sandwich started chatting and he was speaking to me loudly across the restaurant. He was VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant.
A great, clean Subway with extremely friendly owners/staff. I am a regular visitor and am always met with warm hospitality and fresh ingredients. I’d bet this is the best Subway in Morgan Hill.
