Delivered someone else’s order. Told us to contact door dash even though we ordered through the subway app. Refused to remake and pretty much told us to go figure it out ourselves ourselves with no desire to resolve their own issue. Girl in store kept calling owner and calling back and sounds like he has little respect for anyone.
Sent our order of 10+ subs to the wrong place and then refused to re make them after they had been out for 1-2 hrs.
If accountability were a KPI, it would be permanently offline. Disorganised execution, poor follow-through, and zero ownership when things went wrong. Plenty of excuses, very few solutions. Not an experience I’d repeat.
