The Guy taking orders takes my Fathers order at 9:50pm, he makes the order so slow on purpose to ensure that he cannot take mine or my brothers order before shut time at 10pm and then pretends that he couldn’t serve us because it’s now 10pm but we where waiting a good ten minutes prior where he should of asked what we all would like to order??? Terrible service. Some staff just standing around doing nothing while the line built up and up
Very disappointed with the customer service. This staff did nothing for half an hour while my order was left unattended. It felt like they were just waiting around for double pay rather than actually helping customers
I had a lovely experience yesterday around 9:30 PM, thanks to a sweet girl named Krupa. Despite having two customers ahead of me, she managed everything with such calmness and a warm smile. Being a vegetarian, I truly appreciated how carefully she handled my order, ensuring everything was just right. She was polite and attentive to everyone, and I noticed how well she maintained food hygiene and safety throughout. Hats off to Krupa and the entire team for their dedication and excellent service!
