Ordered on Uber. Would normally get from the Pulteney store and it's always good. Went with this place instead cause Pulteney was busy for the time I chose. After placing the order for 3 hours after doing so and it was not worth the wait AT ALL. Wrong bread, meant to be Italian but relieved a grain bread that was over baked but not toasted. Missing pickles and spinach but received a small amount of olives instead. Ended up eating the bits I did order with a knife and fork because the rest was terrible. Staff literally ignore customers waiting to order to do something else

I went there this morning and waited 15 minutes just because the staff was busy finishing some Uber order. Then she turned around and told me they were out of tomatoes, so I’d have to make do with what’s left. Honestly, what kind of franchise experience is this? It didn’t feel like the Subway standard at all. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional when I asked about it. They really need to manage their ingredients and service better.
