Ellie was amazing, but staffed alone at night with a massive line, the understaffing is crazy where are the managers at #whatdahell
I waited around 20 minutes for someone to serve but apparently the place is always empty, or at least the staff is not paying attention when customers come to serve them.
Ordered on Uber. Would normally get from the Pulteney store and it's always good. Went with this place instead cause Pulteney was busy for the time I chose. After placing the order for 3 hours after doing so and it was not worth the wait AT ALL. Wrong bread, meant to be Italian but relieved a grain bread that was over baked but not toasted. Missing pickles and spinach but received a small amount of olives instead. Ended up eating the bits I did order with a knife and fork because the rest was terrible.
