The new employees/owners barely speak English and are very rude. Also, they ALWAYS charge extra for no reason and invent “store policies” with coupons such as that they do Not accept specific coupons although the policy is not posted in the coupon or the store anywhere.

Used to go here ALL the time. It used to be so good — recently went down hill. New employees don’t speak English, and if they do, it’s the bare minimum. Today, I ordered online. It said it was ready for pick up so I went inside to get it, but the employee said he didn’t have an order. Could have been an electronic mistake, was willing to work with him since I had already paid for it. I love Subway because it’s so hard to mess up and I’ve been here twice and it’s been good both times. However I will say, once I was there and the worker was chatting up his gf and while my friend and I were getting food, she kept being all romantic with him. It was so awkward for us, we just went to my friends car to eat.
Truly an awful experience, one that can speak for itself. Mouldy food, terrible and slow service. My soda had black chunks floating in it so I got a bottle instead. (The ladies room didn’t even have a mirror!)
