Customer service was amazing
Took 20 minutes to get served, no acknowledgment, burnt to the crisp bread was hard as a rock, was not equally cut in half, salads were supposed to be on one side were on both. Poor service had to get remade.
Staff member Sebastian was very rude, unpleasant to order from and made an uncomfortable experience. We spent $30 on lunch, where he had taken no care in the making of the sandwich - very slap dashed and rushed to see the backs of us. Very disappointed. I believe the owner owns more than one shop in Bendigo - disappointing to see this is the expectation being set.
