I am usually a burger girl however, today I wanted something different. Brett was outstanding!!! Between his fast and friendly service, awesome attitude, up-selling and patience... I will definitely be returning!!!
After leaving an event and about to get back on the road, we stopped by this Subway and they were closed (9:47pm). I looked at my phone to see what time it was and and a Caucasian young male with hair to his shoulders came out and said, “I don’t care about you taking a picture, we close 10 minutes early every night.” Someone needs to teach him customer service skills, and remind him it’s paying customers that keep him employed……..
