Bro, the staff needs to LOCK IN. Terrible service. They burned my sandwich because they forgot it in the oven. They also got my order wrong, I had to constantly repeat myself and correct them. The lady only put sauce in half of my sub (width-wise ) and was not generous at all with the ingredients. They were not efficient and it took them 10 minutes to prepare ONE 6 inch sandwich. I hope the service changes because the food is actually good.

I usually have an okay experience here but sometimes I get one-off employees who are so weird and gatekeep basic sandwich inclusions. I’ve been told I wasn’t allowed to add more than two sauces before. Recently when I asked for extra pickles, the girl making my sandwich gave me such a shady look and asked another employee if it was okay to do that. Hello??
Worst Customer service. We are students coming to the store, and it doesn't mean staff has to be rude with us. Closing time should not affect customer service. We work in customer service too, rush hour should not affect their service. As a customer of Subway, I want my sandwich to be how I want. Over here, staff would make faces while making the changes, and at the end of billing, they would advise, "WE DON'T DO THIS THING ALWAYS." I just asked. The Punjabi girl is just ignorant No hygiene at all All the cheese is touching the meat Not clean Idk why this subway is operational Told to grill a veggie sub with just 3-4 veggies in it and still got denied Bad experience ever Shut it down soon Subway Dont go if you are a vegetarian This Punjabi people just ruins everything
