I never leave reviews but the service was appalling. The lady with pink hair and under cut screamed at me when I asked for more cheese and said it was standard even though I wanted extra and was happy to pay extra. She had no name tag. She also burnt my sandwich. Please retrain her in customer service.
Time and time again, customers and other staff are subjected to the aggressive nature of one staff member that creates such a hostile environment.. repeated complaints against this red headed staff member does not get addressed by owners and she is continually allowed to treat staff and customers with such disgusting behavior. To think that customers are subjected to her aggression, after paying for such abhorrent customer service is beyond me. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. One of the employees was very rude toward customers and spoke with visible frustration. The food was prepared in a rush, which made the service feel careless and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this. This was the worst subway.
The most horrible experience ever! The lady that has red hair was the worst. I got sworn at repeatedly and she was very hostile and aggressive not only towards me but other customers also! Her attitude and customer service was appalling and no where near acceptable behaviour.
