Everything was alright untill I ordered a quesadilla (which is vegetarian). And the staff while preparing bacon Sandwich just made my order in same gloves. First day rule is to change gloves and they didn't care. The knife used to cut the quesadilla was also used for meat sandwiches. Unacceptable!
Lovely place
Food was spectacular,got served by this absolute diva Faejer i think?? She was amazing and good fun. I came in lost and foegotten and she showed me the path to subway heaven. Phenomenonal customwr service. mwah. She made a wonderful footlong and i always look forward to seeing her now.
This afternoon I ordered via the Subway app for the first time and clearly wrote “no sauce” in the remarks. The sandwich still had sauce. While another staff member offered to redo it, the female staff showed extreme impatience, left out the beetroot I paid for, and shockingly threw the sandwich at me. This is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. I strongly protest and file a formal complaint against her behavior.
Food was stone cold (chicken products) which should be heated BEFORE putting onto bread... 67c celcius internal temp required by law.
