Updated review- had a lovely interaction with the franchisee who personally came out to my work to deliver the platter. He apologised and still delivered despite already refunding the order. Placed a catering order 3 days before we required it. Received a text saying driver was at the store ready to collect, and then shortly after a text saying order had been cancelled. Bad customer service, we ask to add avocado even before she close the roll lady in the counter said it’s too late to add avocado do you want salt or paper? Can’t believe she can’t go back two steps to add avocado for customer. Very disappointed
