Just got a foot long sub and the bread was stale. Very disappointing. I think they are using bread from previous day.
I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. I placed an order using a coupon from the app, but they charged me before preparing my order On top of that, they completely messed up my order. When I tried to correct it, they told me it was not possible to change it. I even asked them to cancel the order, but they refused again and said cancellation wasn't possible either. In the end, I was charged for food I didn’t receive or want, and they did not issue any refund. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better ... read more
The food isn't great anymore. The menu's changed since COVID, and the portions are smaller. Plus, they charge extra for anything extra.
Coming here since 4 years. I like it
