RecommendedI've been here a few times for service work and it's always gone smoothly. service staff is super nice. especially Kevin Duff.
I was in and out very quickly. I was greeted quickly and very professional.
I had an appointment at 10:30am and dropped my car off at 10:28am. At 2pm I still had not heard anything for the service department. I called and they told me that my service person Amy would call me back. She did not. I called again at 3:30pm and they told me she was with a customer and would call me back. They give very good service and explain the work in advance. I came with my grandson and they took special care of him that made my time easy. Appreciate the curtesy!!

Had an horrible experience. Service person was rude and seemed prejudice towards me and husband because we are BLACK. Was lied to through process. They did not want to give us the services we paid for. They only did when a tech pulled around and told us information that caught the service person who was helping us in a lie. My husband and I have purchased and serviced 4 vehicles with Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills over the years. Would never recommend this place for service again, especially for people of color.
People at Suburban VW of FH are always there to help your needs. in Sales, in Service and in Parts Departments. Thank you Adrian on a new whip. (Y)
