i stayed here while my new apartment was getting ready and first I do want to start off with saying that the room was nice. The people staying there are nice as well as the housekeeping. The property manager Sheila has the worst attitude i’ve ever experienced with a hotel/ property. You have to speak to her first, I asked her about the pet fee because I wasn’t informed on it and she gets an attitude with me saying she doesn’t have to honor anything when I informed her my dog is a legal support service animal. Loved those girls. Quiet and cozy.
First impression was the parking lot. Pitch black, no lighting. Couldn’t find office. Oh but when I did…. We were set to stay for a month. We didn’t even stay one night here. The guy let us look at 3 different rooms and ALL 3 were crawling with roaches! Why is nobody talking about the roach infested place. All over the walls, the kitchen, the fridge, the doors.
