The women who work here are some of the most surly, unhelpful bordering on aggressive that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The men were not overly friendly but helpful, reasonable and knowledgeable. I guess the dies keep their jobs and hide their ineptitude by acting exasperated with the guests. i stayed here while my new apartment was getting ready and first I do want to start off with saying that the room was nice. The people staying there are nice as well as the housekeeping. The property manager Sheila has the worst attitude i’ve ever experienced with a hotel/ property. You have to speak to her first, I asked her about the pet fee because I wasn’t informed on it and she gets an attitude with me saying she doesn’t have to honor anything when I informed her my dog is a legal support service animal.
