there are cockroaches, uncleanliness
The price for weekly can't beat. The only issues is I did see roaches but they were dead so I can tell they are working on the problem. Never had a issue with front desk just one time when I had reserved a room someone called asked me to pay for one nite when I had reserved for 7 nites. I asked her why i never have before she said because we about to overbooked. So I said my husband coming now can he check in early since we paying. She said yes but when he got there he wasn't able to.
Our reservation was solid and confirmed. I even put on my reservation that I had service dogs. The hotel offered a dish and pan package for the kitchenette that you could get with a deposit refundable deposit. Finally unpacked and went to bed at about 3:00 in the morning, I my alarm was someone banging at my front door at 10:30 in the morning. The hotel is accessible to many food venues and is a great location for shopping. The room we were located in had no fire alarm, spots were on the rug, and the room wasn't fully cleaned. The front desk was notified and they came the next day to correct the problems we advised them of. The housekeeping lady was nice and very pleasant. They need to finish the renovations and maybe it will make a big difference.
Once Again leaving a Fantastic review I Recommend this place if you're looking for a nice comfortable spot to relax and unwind
