First impression was the parking lot. Pitch black, no lighting. Couldn’t find office. Oh but when I did…. We were set to stay for a month. We didn’t even stay one night here. The guy let us look at 3 different rooms and ALL 3 were crawling with roaches! Why is nobody talking about the roach infested place. All over the walls, the kitchen, the fridge, the doors. I just checked out of this hotel 15 minutes ago and was scammed by the front desk clerk who was assisted by the manager.. First let me start by saying I knew it would be some discrepancy when I checked in and was told my $100 dollar deposit could only be paid in cash… That’s how desk clerks scam you for your deposit and keep it for themselves.. Rooms recently renovated, prices are great...still co struction going on in a few areas, no laundry facility currently avail, and not sure if breakfast is offered.

My experience at the suburban studios was above my expectation.. everything was excellent from the staff to the manager.. I had a great experience. The price was nice for what we got . The rooms was very pleasant and organized.. I've never had one complaint about this place if I had to do it all over again that would be a place I wouldn't mind trying out again .
