I called about multiple statements I received the last one said I owed $220 which I believed I had already paid. They told me not to pay it. I said that’s the reason I called because I wasn’t paying it and they would get back to me that was over a week ago
They come quietly and take care of business
Cindy, the office manager at the Key Largo, Florida office has been a pleasure to work with in my transition from Amerigas to Suburban Propane. Willie the driver and field tech has also been excellent to deal with Charles Wightman Sr.
The guys are great to work with, and go out of their way to help. They are challenged with under-staffing like everyone else in the Keys.
Suburban Propane is unreliable and terrible with their customer service in my area (lower keys.) I have scheduled 3 times and did not show but charged me like they filled my tanks. They caught their mistake a few days later. I called the main office and was told the local office would call me back to reschedule again. No call but got an email to reschedule. No thanks.
