My wife and I came by Suburban Motors to look for information on various different truck models. We met Oliver who is an astonishing individual and very knowledgeable. We honed in on a Maverick with his guidance. Unfortunately, we found a Maverick at another dealership but Oliver was the one who made it happen and Suburban should be lucky to have him! I went to Suburban Motors to buy a used VW e-golf. Oliver was the gentleman that I dealt with. He was very honest and up front with everything to do with the car, he was very knowledgeable about a product that he doesn't deal in. Excellent experience dealing with Suburban Ford. I’ve had bad experiences with others in the past and I’ve been in contact with Oliver from Sales over the last while and he’s never been pushy. Finally got my truck I’ve always wanted and was in and out faster than I’ve ever been in any other dealership. Highly recommend Suburban Ford, and Oliver.
How do I start, sales experience was ok, shout out to Rhys. Finance experience with Calvin was a complete scam. I was getting an low km subaru brz, Calvin upsell me a warranty on this car by saying “I WILL BUY YOU A LOWER INTEREST RATE AND TOLD ME WITH AND WITHOUT THE WARRANTY IS EXACTLY THE SAME MONTHLY PAYMENT.” So, I had a suspicion, but didnt say anything, didnt think they will scam me like that.
