Not a critique of the folks who work at Suburban. I brought my new truck in for its prepaid maintenance this morning. I booked 2 weeks earlier with the one and only caveat being I needed a loaner vehicle. Didn't care how long I'd have to wait for the service date. I was assured that one would be waiting for me. Well, showed up 1 minute after they open this morning and discover that there are no vehicles. First come first serve I'm told. Would I like a cab voucher? I had my car towed to Suburban Motors after it suddenly wouldn't start - even a jump wouldn't help. The team diagnosed the issue quickly and got the battery replaced without any hassle. They were kind, communicative, and saved me from the stress of being without a car. I am very grateful for their fast and reliable service and will definitely return for future maintenance!
Recently bought a car with the help of Frank! super nice and friendly guy, super easy to get along with. As well as Dan from finances, he was incredibly kind as well!
