Justin the salesman was great, but the finance guy was not, worked with then for a little while on purchasing a home, the first home was supposedly sold right out from under us, when they never asked for any $ down, the 2nd one they changed terms & storyline all together. Went elsewhere with my buisness- very glad we did.
Mrs Erica is one of the best . she has helped us in so many ways possibly.. couldn't ask for a better salesman!!
all the new suburban mobile homes have the look and feel of a brick home which is so appealing. my husband and I aren't ready to purchase yet- we have to clear our land first but we will be here for our new home...... I can't wait...give them a try....liz leatherwood
