Mrs. ERIC GOT US IN OUR HOME AND WE LOVE IT. THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE HAD AND THE FINACE MAN WAS VERY CORPORATE. EVEN AFTER WE CLOSED ON OUR HOUSE ANY THING WE NEEDED, THEY HELPED US 100%. KNOWING WE WHERE FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS THEY WHERE GREAT.

The staff are great and Kurt Tillman is awesome. The only problem I am really having is the faucets in the master bathroom and extra bathroom don't work properly. I complained the first time and they had a super guy come and replace them but within a few days, same problem again! Once I get this issue fixed I will give them 10 stars!
I am very excited to move into my new trailer, and sales and finance all went rrally smoothly. But i paid suburban to hook my trailer up, the person they have to get everything done has been terrible! No communication with me and im left guessing what is happening. She tells me i need to tell her when things are done but she hired the contractors!! She claims she doesnt now how the process goes and she "doesnt do this"
met Erica last year and was impressed, Answered al our questions and was great Have a few more bills to pay off and than this year am going to buy, I have heard the finance guy is not to great, but than you have to remember he is only doing his job, If you have fears about buying or them not meeting expectations than on the contract have them write it down, I did years ago and saved me a lot of frustration after buying, To me this is a great place to buy, Thank you,
