It’s a never ending cycle of trying to schedule a follow up. You call and leave millions of messages and they finally call back. Second, I had change of insurance and was ping ponged back and forth to their billing department. Was told billing would call me. It took them almost 3 weeks to return a call after I kept calling, only to be told I should have contacted my own insurance after being told they were to tell me after they called me. Excuse me! I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, and I’m deeply frustrated with the experience we’ve had with the front office scheduling staff. While my mother’s oncologist is outstanding, the issues with the office staff have been incredibly difficult to navigate. Over the past few months, I’ve made numerous attempts to schedule an appointment, only to be met with long hold times and, unfortunately, rude and unhelpful responses. Trying to schedule an appointment is the worst. If you leave a message, you're lucky if you hear back from them the next day. This has been my experience for the past 2-3 years with Belinda, Dr. Bambrah's scheduler.
Update: I wanted to update this review and add a star since I did have a wonderful experience with Dr. Ramandeep K. Bambrah. She has been one of nicest and helpful doctors I have met in Atlanta Metro area. I would highly recommend her, and I would even be willing to pay the additional fee to see her if I needed to in the future. ____________________________________________________________ Beware - they will charge additional fee for Northside Hospital Facility plus it does not count as specialty office visit.
Amazing Dr. Hatic!!! So patient listens to you explain. I love my Northside team but this Dr. Surprise expectations with all my fears that I have my blood issues. The front, receptionist team, MA Ms.Patience and Ms. Izzy Dr. Hatic's secretary the best team!!! 10 STARS
