Sylvia is super helpful for the front desk, but it seems she’s the only one who picks up the phone. Don’t know if doctor Ranpura’s secretary even knows the phone rings.

It’s a never ending cycle of trying to schedule a follow up. You call and leave millions of messages and they finally call back. Second, I had change of insurance and was ping ponged back and forth to their billing department. Was told billing would call me. It took them almost 3 weeks to return a call after I kept calling, only to be told I should have contacted my own insurance after being told they were to tell me after they called me. Excuse me! I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, and I’m deeply frustrated with the experience we’ve had with the front office scheduling staff. While my mother’s oncologist is outstanding, the issues with the office staff have been incredibly difficult to navigate. Over the past few months, I’ve made numerous attempts to schedule an appointment, only to be met with long hold times and, unfortunately, rude and unhelpful responses. Trying to schedule an appointment is the worst. If you leave a message, you're lucky if you hear back from them the next day. This has been my experience for the past 2-3 years with Belinda, Dr. Bambrah's scheduler.
