I had to take my car in for service due to 2 modules that went bad. The service team is absolutely awesome! Daniel and the rest of the crew goes out of their way to help get you back on the road. Definitely recommend for quick and professionally service!
Surburban Ford of Ferndale has amazing service and vehicle staff from entry to exit and in between! Their door-to-door personal shuttle service is simply icing on the cake!
I'm satisfied with the service and outcome of the service provided. My car drives like it normally did, and I feel safe again.
Frequently uses the bicycle lane, an active traffic lane for bicycles, to move & park cars. Was just nearly hit by a compact suv turning north into the lane off of Jewell St. Please, Suburban Ford of Ferndale, be a better neighbor.
Extremely long wait for service and my car just sat outside for most of it.
