The receptionists were phenomenal and helpful. Barely any wait! Love the fact that no painful or irritating procedure is needed for dilation or air shots in the eyes which blew me away– everywhere I went in the past made it a nightmare, but nonexistent here! The doctor was kind, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and it’s clear the whole team works in unity to create an experience for their clients that is painless and easy– if not enjoyable! I went and worked with amber watts and let me tell you amazing service. I got some new cool sunglasses with 40% off which was a great deal. Also was told that if I I needed any adjustments with them that I can bring that back and they will fix whatever problem Was needed. Definitely a returning customer. Staff is just amazing.
Great eye therapy for kids Helped my grandsons alto.
Not only did they squeeze me in, the doctor said to call after hours if I had any questions. I did, it went straight to his cell phone and not some service. He recommended an app to get a prescription cheaper and text me screen shots of the app with local pharmacy prices. Over and beyond is a understatement !
I just have to say how impressed I was with Suburban Eye Care. My son injured his eye and I placed a call to their office, (which we were not clients) 10 minutes before closing time. They told him to come right in and took great care of him. Sure do appreciate the fact that he was able to see an eye doctor and that this office didn't turn him away. Thanks to the doctor and staff who stayed late to help. Jill Kraemer
