WARNING NOT FRIENDLY TO THOSE WITH DISABILITIES!!!! My friend, who is disabled, was first told that her and her service dog had to stay on the 3rd floor and they had to take the stairs. The manager admitted that was a mistake and she stayed the first two weeks. Then all of a sudden she received a call from the same manager telling her they had to leave because of her service dog. Bed bug attack! I got eaten alive by bed bugs the night after our sheets were changed during the weekly cleaning--six days into our stay. The manager's resolution approach was to blame the bugs on us. (I guess the bugs were dormant on our persons with no symptoms whatsoever for years and just decided to bite the night the sheets were changed. Yeah, right.) if I could give this place zero stars i would. My mother made a reservation here through booking dot com and when she called to pay for the room they tried adding additional fees to her bill. when she asked why they were being added the representative on the phone became rude, and continually cut my mother off as she was trying to speak, eventually the manager of the hotel got on the phone and told my mother he was going to cancel her reservation and when she asked for an explanation as to why he hung up on her. Place was clean and definitely had plenty of parking for my moving truck. Front desk staff was friendly. Wish there was coffee downstairs but we had it in the room. I like how close it is to i85
This hotel is very accommodating and affordable. The staff are friendly and professional. It is also in a great location for access to the Infinite Energy Center, Sugarloaf Mills, and Gwinnett Place Mall.
Never again. There were only two ppl at the front desk of four that actually seemed to give a crap about their customers (I believe one was named Maurice? He was awesome.) Anyways, we received dirty looks and straight attitude from the front desk when inquiring about adding a day to our stay. We were charged a dollar for extra tissue, and were told to bring our used towels to the laundry room in order to get new towels (I was unaware that we as guests would also be doing our own housekeeping). I RECOMMEND NOTHING THESE MFS RUDE THEY JUST WOKE ME TF UP AT 12:15am ON 8/11/17 for some dumb shit they complained the other fucking day cause I dosed off waiting for my clothes to wash, they are rude as hell, and the lady surf the fucked up lace front wig is always late coming to the front desk as of shes sleep I have to ring the bell repeatedly till she shows up even tho it says ring one time overall these mfs shady petty and corny!!!!!
