Awesome Experience My experience was very satisfactory. The dealership helped me get into a new truck to better take care of my needs.
Buyer Beware!!! If you buy a used car form this dealership they will not take care of any issues Once you sign on the dotted line your on your own sure they pay lip service to having satisfied customers but in the end I had a few minor issues I wanted them to check out and they refused or told me I would have to pay out of pocket.
Would never go back. Had a problem with the vehicle I purchased, called back the next day and left a couple voice messages without getting a return call. I did get a couple emails that let me know that I was STUCK with it. A couple other dealers I went to kind of laughed at the vehicle they sold me.
Wife admitted she had never had such a satisfying buying experience. She was so excited whe was almost too nervous to drive the Cruze home.
When I arrived at Suburban my need for another vehicle was more room due to a growing family. My needs were satisfied thanks to John Marrs and Dean Carey
