We love Subterra. It is a great to have such a fine restaurant in our small town! The food always is excellent. When it's crowded, it is a bit busy because of the open dining area, but still very enjoyable. Good service, friendly staff.

Took my mother-in-law and family out for a birthday lunch. The waiter was really cool and the food was absolutely delicious.
Food was fantastic. The chicken dish might be the best I’ve ever had. Great wine list which is a must. Our server George was great too! Highly recommend this restaurant.
