All of the staff is warm and inviting and Dr. Subka is the best at easing your fears, making you smile (and even laugh) as she works on your mouth. I completely trust her medical expertise and know that she will only do what is necessary. I will never go to another dentist.
I was very impressed with the high level of customer service and friendliness of Dr. Subka and her staff.
Dr. Subka, your extraction of my tooth was not painful, but included a substantial number of "pressure maneuvers" as you said it would. Other than that, I was very pleased with the outcome. There was no pain the next day, nor swelling or bleeding or bruising. I had some noticeable discomfort with aching in the jaw area there, but that was eliminated with a few Ibuprofen pills originally and only Aleve after that. Above all, I thank you for your patience, and especially your attitude; it's really appreciated.
I have been a patient of Dr. Subka for over two years and have always been delighted with her skills. However, I just had her do some cosmetic restoration work and WOW! She is a genius. The improvement to my smile is remarkable. My teeth look so natural, but they are better than what Mother Nature gave me. As a cosmetic dentist she is brilliant.
A pleasant, professional, interested attitude toward its customer base is probably the single most important element for expanding a business, and THIS dental office has them all. And what may be of special interest to anyone reading this is that Dr.Subka herself sets the best example of a genuine interest in helping her patients of any dentist I've ever seen, and that covers more than seventy years of dental treatment!
Beautiful waiting room with cold water available and receptionist is cheerful and welcoming. Promptly taken for cleaning and exam by thorough and gentle hygienist. Dr. Subka is a very skilled dentist and works painlessly to give me a great smile!
The best filling experience I have ever had....(if you are going to have dental work..have it here)! The staff is very sweet and Dr. Subka worked so quickly and competently, the filling was done before i had a chance to get restless in the dental chair :)
