Unprofessional and rude customer service. I ordered a part for a 1st generation Subaru Impreza and the part was completely different from the original part in the car. Obviously since I'm returning the part that means it's not correct part, so one would expect for them to understand. As we know, Emotional Intelligence is the #1 skill in Customer Service instead they blamed me when their database or part information is incorrect since I selected the correct vehicle.
