I had an awesome experience there! Drove from Elko, NV to have a recall item fixed. Chris was so helpful and set me up with a loaner car while mine was being worked on. They discovered during the service work that the cabin air filter was in need of replacement. Text me a picture of what it looked like and asked if I wanted it taken care of.
