I recently purchased a 2018 Impreza here. The experience was far better than I expected. Everyone was more than civil and enthusiastic to help make sure I was happy when I left. When I was first presented with my car the salesperson, Carlos, noticed water spots and sent it back to be detailed! He said it needed to be perfectly clean so that I was happy with it.
