Very disappointed, had an appointment for 8:00 and my car was not taken back till 10:10. Had to wait another hour for first maintenance to be completed. This is the second time this was done to me. I don’t see the point of making an appointment. Anyone else have this problem?
RecommendedThey are all very friendly and helpful. I showed up for my appointment that had been unfortunately canceled not to my knowledge. I had to drive back down the next day found out they actually had the wrong phone number but for the inconvenience they gave me a free tire rotation and washed my car!

Sold a car that was well below standards and refuses to refund a purchase and blames a customer for their mistakes less than 24 hours after a purchase. Clearly can't be trusted to inspect vehicles properly before a sale and insists the customer is liable for that?
Pathetic excuse for a dealership. Selling cars to people that are broken without disclosing first. Telling customers they need to crawl under the car before purchasing or it's their fault for any issues. Shady business practices. Do not shop here.
