We called this Subaru car dealer and set an appointment to see about buying a SUV we show up at the car dealer area and we’re greeted by the person that took the appointment,was busy with other customers but he left us with good hands “Jose” he showed us the SUV’s that we we’re interested in and my hubby and I we were able to decide on the one that we could afford and like.... I am always pleased with the friendly environment and good customer service Subaru Of San Bernardino has to offer. I bought my 2014 WRX at Subaru of Ontario and had to look elsewhere for service thanks to their bad customer service.
had a recall for airbags. made a 10am appointment and was told it would be done by 1pm. Drove from 50 miles away to drop it off and was told it had a couple other recalls and it would take until about 3pm. At about 1:30 we hadn't heard from them and they weren't responding to texts so we went back to the dealership and they hadn't even started. They gave us a loaner but it's 12:33 the next day and I still don't have my car.
Came in for tire rotation, recall check, and oil change. Was promised a 2 hour turn-around at the most, waited 3 hours and discovered that nothing had been done and my car was out back with the hood open and still had dirty oil. Had to get frustrated and babysit them so that they would move and get my service done. Never coming back to this Subaru dealer again.
I would like to warn anyone who is looking into buying a vehicle at this location, go somewhere else. The sellers and managers here at location: Subaru San Bernardino are not honest and will take advantage of buyers. They say their preowned vehicles are fully inspected and in top running condition but they are not. We traded in our old Ford Escape because it getting old and needed work done.
