Katie was a great sales associate. She was very friendly, helpful, and was very happy to help find a car that fit our needs!
I’d give zero stars if I could. The service department is a joke. They “fix” things without really fixing anything and they still charge you. Spent $1500 having work done only to have the same problem a week later. Oh, but it’s guaranteed for a year so I guess we’re trapped for the time being. GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! Oh, and thanks for not filling the tank up after driving it over 100 miles trying to diagnose the problem.

My 2017 Subaru Outback was recently totaled. When Subaru Muskegon found out they delivered a 2018 to my house the next day to use until my insurance was figured out. I picked up my new 2018 this past week and the service was superior! Fred went above and beyond throughout the entire process. #lovemysubaru�
I loath car dealers! I hate the back and forth, the waiting, the games, etc. NONE of that here. Austin was great. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and listened to us. We were in and out in no time. Can’t wait to get delivery of our 2018 Outback! Thank you for making this an easy process.
