Shady dealings. I tried to buy some CVT oil their website shows 5 gallons for $500 (it’s currently $400 at other online stores) I decided I couldn’t wait and would pay the premium except when I called to confirm they had it in stock I was quoted $600. When I confronted him about the price discrepancy he said it’s because they’re trying to deter people from going in person and ordering parts. Ended up buying my oil from Centennial Subaru, that guy gave me accurate prices.
Professional and knowledgeable help provided by Alfred. I also witnessed excellent customer service provided by Alfred to a man looking to fix the motor that controls his automatic windows right before I picked up my parts order. I do think you should provide another option other than only PayPal for online orders since that could drastically affect the amount of business you receive virtually due to payment options being so narrow.
